Our Team

Somerville Swim School is owned and operated by Caz and Evan Russell. Combined, they have over 30 years experience in the aquatic industry; from infant, pre-school and school aged instruction to national squad level coaching. We are committed and passionate about providing quality and enjoyable swimming instruction to any age and ability. As well as Somerville Swim School, they own a squad business for those who wish to swim competitively. Evan is the Head Coach of this program which operates out of Mornington Secondary College.

Their passion and enthusiasm is evident in the love and commitment they show for their job, their team, their customers and their students at Somerville Swim School. This is passed down to their staff who show so much care and dedication to every child that walks through our doors. All our staff are AUSTSWIM qualified, and have current CPR and Working With Children Checks.

Our staff are regularly updated on any industry changes and improvements. At Somerville Swim School we hold quarterly professional staff development to ensure they continue to deliver the best swim program to meet the needs of our community. Somerville Swim School is not just a place where your child can learn to swim; it is a place where great friendships are made and bonds between staff and families are created.
